Ticket management

If a customer finds a problem with a provider's Add-ons, they can create a ticket that describes it. This ticket will then be displayed in the provider administration in the ticket area.


Here it is accessors of the company (with provider right) possible to edit. The following actions are possible:

  • Change the status:
    • New
    • Approved
    • Accepted
    • Rejected
    • Done
    • Closed
  • Comment the ticket

With the comments, it is possible if necessary to obtain further information from the ticket creator.
